Return Policy: Merchandise may be returned within 10 days for refund or exchange, unless it is a custom order(see below). A copy of your invoice must accompany your return. Goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were shipped.

If Joy Designs paid the shipping on your order and you are returning the order for for refund, the initial shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping Policy: There is no charge for shipping to U. S. and Canadian addresses on orders over $25.00. Canadian customers will be responsible for all insurance costs.
